This privacy policy applies to the Ephod app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by zoomkoding (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application may collect approximate location information, which helps the Service Provider determine your geographical region and make use of it in the following ways:

• Geolocation Services: To provide features such as personalized content and relevant recommendations.
• Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance.
• Third-Party Services: Periodically, anonymized location data may be transmitted to external services to assist in enhancing the Application.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, userId, device ID, nickname, and Ad ID. The information requested will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important notices, service updates, or marketing promotions.

Game Scores and Leaderboard

The Application collects and uploads your in-game scores and nickname to our servers in order to operate the global leaderboard.

• Purpose: This allows you and other players to view rankings and compare performance.
• Consent: Before uploading any scores to the global leaderboard, the Application will request your consent. You may decline, in which case your scores will not be uploaded or displayed.
• Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent at any time by disabling the leaderboard feature (if available) or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon request, we will remove your scores and nickname from the leaderboard database.
